Email Friend For You, LLC Terms of Service

This document is a legal agreement between you and Email Friend For You, LLC. By subscribing  to Email Friend For You, you become a user and agree to and will be bound by the terms of service as long as you continue to use the service.

Because no one can guarantee what the future holds, Email Friend For You reserves the right to cease offering this subscription service with 30 days warning to the email address on file for active subscribers, and Email Friend For You will fulfill its obligations to you for the current month’s billing cycle. Email Friend For You, LLC may revise or add services at its discretion, and these terms also will apply to revisions or additions. 

Email Friend For You, LLC is a service wherein you and Email Friend For You will exchange email-based messages. Payment is due at the beginning of the month prior to services being rendered.  

Your relationship with Email Friend For You, LLC is voluntary. You are providing your email address freely with the understanding that Email Friend For You will regularly contact and/or respond to you using the address you supply. 

There is a fee for the Email Friend For You service. You are freely providing your billing information to the secure third-party payment site. Email Friend for You will not retain, sell, or have access to your billing information.

Interruptions of internet or email services, emergencies, catastrophes, acts of God, illness, accident, incapacity, death, hospitalization, or other hazards may cause an unexpected disruption in your subscription. Email Friend For You will attempt to give you fair warning whenever possible. In the event of an unplanned or extended interruption of service, Email Friend for You will attempt to pro-rate or adjust your subscription fee if possible. Pro-rating of subscription or fees is at the sole discretion of Email Friend For You.

You are free to withdraw from the subscription at any time by ceasing your recurring payment. You are free and welcome to resume your subscription at any time by resubmitting your email address and re-initiating your subscription payment. Services will cease at the beginning of the month wherein a payment is not made. When you cease payment or your subscription payment fails, Email Friend For You will retire your email address and will no longer contact you. A refund for time left in the current month will not be provided. 

Additionally,

• Neither your email address nor personal information* will be shared or sold outside of Email Friend For You, LLC.

• Email Friend For You is for friendly email correspondence only. There will be no photos, images, videos, or other attachments sent or received; no in-person meetings or contact, no phone or video calls, conferences, visits, or similar activities will occur. The sending of such files may result in immediate blocking of communications, and you will receive no refund of your subscription fee.

• At no time will this be or become a romantic, dating, or sexual exchange of information of any kind with anyone. Anyone attempting such communication will be blocked and no refund will be provided.

• If you are under 15 years of age, your parent or guardian must agree to the subscription and provide written, notarized permission for payment and participation. If your parent or guardian does not provide permission, Email Friend For You cannot correspond with you.

• You understand that Email Friend For You is not a ministry, counseling, psychiatric, or other mental health, medical, or social services organization. For professional-level help, please access trained professionals or service organizations in your area.

• Email Friend For You, LLC will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, data interception, computer virus or line failure. Email Friend For You, LLC will not be liable for any damages, injury, or death, including but not limited to special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the service. This service is provided without warranty.

• The subscription service is for personal use only. Email Friend For You will not sell you any products other than the stated services. Similarly, Email Friend For You will not purchase any services, goods, or products, send any monies, support, or other remuneration, or provide referrals of any kind to those who use the services. Those who attempt to sell, offer, persuade, evangelize, or request financial support, donations, business opportunities, seek or offer jobs, investments, advertising, or other assistance, including memberships, websites, surveys, visas, sponsorships, gambling opportunities, etc., will be blocked and no refund will be provided. Those who forward or initiate spam, phishing, trolling, or messages of their ilk likewise will have their email address blocked and no refund will be provided.

• Obscene, explicit, hateful, or abusive language will not be tolerated. Slurs, discriminatory terms, or off-color comments about groups of people or directed at Email Friend For You qualify as hateful and abusive language. Bullying, stalking, harassing, threatening, or intimidating interactions will not be permitted. Information designed to break or circumvent the law, including information about how to obtain or create illegal weapons or drugs, how to violate privacy or security, or an attempt to distribute computer viruses will not be tolerated. Your email address will be blocked immediately, and no refund will be given.

• Email Friend For You is not responsible for missed or misdirected responses including message failure due to a change of your email address, messages routed to your junk mail, messages blocked by your email provider, failure of your internet service, failure to pay, expired payment information, or other changes or lapses in your information.

• You are not required to use your legal name when communicating with Email Friend For You, LLC. The payment information you supply to the third-party payment site must, however, be accurate. Payment is made via a secure third party, and credit card and other information, other than successful payment of the subscription fee, is not provided to Email Friend For You. Email Friend For You, LLC has no control over the records and files stored by the payment platform. You are solely responsible for and assume all liability for the information you provide to Email Friend For You, LLC. You assume all risks of using these services.

• You are solely responsible for the material you submit and/or send, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

• All information provided via this service is to be used on an “As is, with all faults” basis. Under no circumstances will Email Friend For You, LLC be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or other content provided by the service to any users.

• If any portion of these terms and conditions is not valid or deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

*If you voluntarily share information about or confess to a crime, the real or fictional abuse or mistreatment of people or animals, an intention to harm or self-harm, or other significant and serious issues, Email Friend For You will be within its rights to notify appropriate authorities. However, this does not imply an obligation to do so. You, your family, friends, associates, and others will hold Email Friend For You harmless for any harm that comes to you or others while you are using these services.
